近日，密爾克衛(wèi)集團(tuán)在連云港徐圩石化產(chǎn)業(yè)基地傾力打造的?；芬惑w化基地正式投入運(yùn)營(yíng)。連云港徐圩石化產(chǎn)業(yè)基地是國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立的國(guó)家七大石化產(chǎn)業(yè)基地之一，是江蘇沿海港口開發(fā)、“一帶一路”支點(diǎn)建設(shè)中產(chǎn)業(yè)合作的主要實(shí)施載體。連云港?；肺锪骰氐耐懂a(chǎn)標(biāo)志著密爾克衛(wèi)在國(guó)家級(jí)化工園區(qū)的布局又邁出了堅(jiān)實(shí)的一步，為園區(qū)化工巨頭提供更高效更專業(yè)的化工物流服務(wù)。目前密爾克衛(wèi)自營(yíng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)面積已經(jīng)突破50萬(wàn)+㎡，國(guó)內(nèi)覆蓋網(wǎng)點(diǎn)已突破45個(gè)+。

Recently, the integrated base of hazardous chemicals built by Milkyway Group in Lianyungang Xuwei Petrochemical Industry Base was officially put into operation. Lianyungang Xuwei Petrochemical Industry Base is one of the seven national petrochemical industry bases approved by the State Council. It is the main carrier of industrial cooperation in the development of Jiangsu coastal ports and the construction of the "Belt and Road" fulcrum. The commissioning of the Lianyungang Hazardous Chemicals Logistics Base marks another solid step forward for Milkyway in the layout of the national chemical park, providing more efficient and professional chemical logistics services for the chemical giants in the park. At present, Milkyway’s self-operated storage area has exceeded 500,000+ square meters, and the domestic coverage network has exceeded 45+ sites.

Introduction to Lianyungang Hazardous Chemicals Base

基地位于連云港徐圩新區(qū)石化十路與石化三道路口，毗鄰連云港國(guó)際碼頭及鐵路貨場(chǎng)，位置得天獨(dú)厚，是集歐亞大陸橋中歐班列、國(guó)際海運(yùn)等交通功能協(xié)同一體化區(qū)域，可提供危險(xiǎn)品倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)（恒溫）、分裝（自動(dòng)化分裝）、進(jìn)出口集裝箱裝拆箱中轉(zhuǎn)、堆場(chǎng)、配送、國(guó)際鐵路、國(guó)際海運(yùn)等一體化化工供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)?？傉嫉孛娣e101畝，其中甲類倉(cāng)庫(kù)：3000㎡，乙類倉(cāng)庫(kù)：12400㎡，配置橫梁式貨架倉(cāng)庫(kù)；甲類罐裝車間：1800㎡，配置自動(dòng)罐裝機(jī)；甲類堆場(chǎng)1800㎡，配置集裝箱正面吊。

The base is located at the intersection of Shihua 10th Road and Shihua 3rd Road, Xuwei New District, Lianyungang, adjacent to the International Port of Lianyungang and Railway Freight Yard. It is a uniquely positioned area that integrates traffic functions such as Eurasian Continental Bridge China Railway Express and international shipping, and can provide integrated chemical supply chain services for the hazardous goods such as warehousing (temperature-control), sub-packaging (automatic packaging), loading and unpacking of import and export containers, storage yards, distribution, international railways, and international shipping.

The warehouse covers a total area of 101 mu, including Class A warehouse: 3,000 ㎡, Class B warehouse: 12,400㎡, equipped with beam rack warehouse; Class A canning workshop: 1800 ㎡, equipped with automatic canning machine; Class B yard of 1800㎡, equipped with container reach stacker.

自動(dòng)化罐裝（分裝）線：連云港基地貼近石化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)客戶的需求，建設(shè)多條自動(dòng)化罐裝線，不但能為園區(qū)客戶提供多種小料的罐裝，還在安全合規(guī)的操作下降低客戶投新產(chǎn)線的成本，綜合提升化工供應(yīng)鏈效率。

Automated canning (sub-packaging) line: The Lianyungang base is close to the needs of customers in the petrochemical industrial park, and has built multiple automated canning lines, which can not only provide customers in the park with canning of various small materials, but also reduce the cost of customers investing in new production lines under safe and compliant operations, and comprehensively improve the efficiency of the chemical supply chain.

危化品CFS集港業(yè)務(wù)：基地投產(chǎn)后將作為連云港港口周邊僅有的?；愤M(jìn)出口裝箱場(chǎng)站，不僅能夠提供合規(guī)化安全的集裝箱裝拆箱場(chǎng)地（倉(cāng)庫(kù)），還能夠?yàn)榭蛻籼峁└鼘I(yè)的?；费b拆箱和監(jiān)裝服務(wù)。

Hazardous chemicals CFS container gate-in services: After the base is put into production, it will be the only hazardous chemical import and export container station around Lianyungang Port. It can not only provide a compliant and safe container loading and unpacking site (warehouse), but also provide customers with more professional hazardous chemical packaging, unpacking and supervising loading services.

危化品恒溫倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)：連云港基地提供20℃~25℃的恒溫恒濕甲、乙類倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)儲(chǔ)存服務(wù)。

Constant temperature storage of hazardous chemicals: Lianyungang Base provides Class A and B storage services with temperature-control (20 °C to 25 °C), and humidity-control.
